Our project highlights
QED Group is supporting a top 4 global professional services organisation on a multi-million-pound M&A transaction with a major renewable energy developer. Our services include investor relations, business model development, sales documentation development and negotiation support. The M&A focusses on investment into the international developer’s TopCo and their significant renewable energy project portfolio that includes offshore wind, solar PV and green hydrogen.
We are a core partner to an international renewable energy developer, who is operating in the Solar PV, Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind and Sustainable Housing Sectors. QED supports our client with technical, project and commercial capability across their 12 GW portfolio of projects.
QED Group has developed a long-term working relationship with a blue-chip international offshore wind contractor. We are currently supporting our client across four different offshore wind projects in Taiwan, providing planning, contractual and claims support. We have embedded key members within our clients project and commercial teams, taking responsibility for strategic planning and claims issues. Supporting a continuous improvement programme, we have enabled the past lessons to be learnt on future projects, saving project time and cost.
